Some hot shot over Dell forums thought that he might get Kudo points or something by telling me I needed both the monitor driver files AND the Webcam apps file. I knew that already. What it appears I need is a driver for the webcam.

Creative made the webcam, but since it's embedded in the monitor, they can or wont support it. I'd really like to get this camera operational on the new PC. The camera shows up as Unknown Device under DevManager.

No luck with the web cam. Interestingly, the USB ports don't recognize a flash device when hooked to the new PC, but do so on the old one. This tells me there isn't a physical problem with the monitor , the USB system, or the webcam.
