Our first new version of our website failed miserably, but this new site h Tom is great to work with and did a great job installing the RF Mogul dish on our motorhome! He is timely and professional. I highly recommend Montana Satellite for your Satellite needs. You'll enjoy working with Tom. I had an equipment issue related to my install and Tom coordinated the replacement part with the vendor to be shipped to our next stop.

Outstanding customer service? I cannot say enough great things about this company, and especially Tom!! We have never seen such amazing customer service from any company or individual employee. No matter when we call or email with issues relating to our phone or internet satellites, Tom answers almost immediately regardless of the time of day or night. He is willing to travel the 2 hours to our house anytime we have needed him without question, and luckily he has been in the area every single time and able to come out and make the 4 hour round trip that same day.

If you are in need of satellite internet or a satellite home phone system I would not hesitate to have them installed and maintained by them.

I guarantee if you're with any other company you will not get such great customer service and you'll wait days or weeks to get someone out to you to fix your issues. We work from home and this system is integral and of utmost importance for our means of making a living. Therefore the unparalleled service we have received is not only appreciated greatly, but is necessary for us to maintain our business and livelihood.

Tom was available both via email and telephone to walk me through it until it was set up. I called Montana Satellite for internet on Monday, and he had Spectrum out at my place by end of day Wednesday.

He was fast, and he was able to answer all my questions in detail and after speaking to him, he clearly knows his stuff.

Thanks MS! Was there proper conduit from house to pole? Also keep in mind when an installer has to use existing pole he becomes responsible for that pole. He has know idea if the hole is deep enough and that proper anti spin precautions have been addressed under ground. If its not level it will take forever to peak the dish - you might get stuck with an sub par point I'm not trying to make excuses for this installer.
